Nike Paris Flagship 2022-2024
Create an updated strategy around Nike flagship stores, starting with Paris.
- Lead a project to refresh the Paris Flagship store ahead of the Olympics in 2024
- Updated the store zoning across all four floors to improve the consumer journey and create greater impact for performance footwear and apparel
- Worked cross functionally to create two new Always On storytelling walls to showcase the best of Nike Global Football and Women’s stories
- Managed the creative agency who helped with the strategic deck used to socialize and gain buy in from regional teams and leadership
Adidas SS20 - REIMAGINE SPORT
Our goal for this campaign was to showcase women who were changing the stereotype of what sport is and what sport looks like. We shot a total of 7 assets all showing their individual sport and what “Reimagine Sport” means to them.
WHAT I MANAGED
- Briefed the retail creative and production agencies with the campaign details and worked with them throughout the design process to keep project in line with campaign vision
- Managing the timeline and keeping the project moving forward for a final deliver that met company deadlines
- Coordinating with internal teams to make sure the end result would meet the needs of all markets, or could be adapted
Adidas FW20 - SUPPORT FOR EVERY SPORT
This campaign was designed to help every woman find something they can see themselves in. We intentionally cast every day women being active in their own way, and we shot them in their communities where they feel most supported.
WHAT I MANAGED
- Briefed the agency, Intermarketing, on our vision for the campaign and met with them weekly to keep on track
- Chose all imagery and worked with agency to get correct crops for each area of the store
- Created new staff training guides featuring products and new features
